Crisp white cotton blouse with horizontal green and black stripes with strands of silver sparkles running down them! It has a concealed button stand and pleats in the shoulders to add some nice puffyness to the sleeves. Fastens at the cuffs and collar with little green buttons, with a spare attached inside.
