Gorgeous black velvet strapless party dress from the 80s! Strapless sweetheart neckline and a skintight silhouette. The bust area is boned and there are five layers of metallic green ruffles all around the bottom edge with a bit more velvet peeking out the bottom! Long zip fastening all the way down the back.
