Absolutely adorable little skater dress from the 70s! Cream jersey material with navy blue stripes and trim and cute little bows on the shoulders! It fastens in the side seam with a zip and has a matching tie belt so you can cinch the waist in to suit you! The skirt is lined and nicely flared and has a ruffle around the bottom edge!
