The sleeves on this are absolutely next level! They are fully pleated all the way around and therefore so full and billowy, nipping in at the cuffs with a little button. The neck details are also also super pretty, with a high collar, three little buttons and a plunging keyhole design. The material is slightly sheer and the blouse slips on over your head.
