Floaty floral maxi dress from classic vintage label Carnegie! The bold florals are in shades of purple and blue with green leaves on a cream background. The empire line comes to a little peak in the centre and it has the most gloriously full and floaty angel sleeves - theres a whole circle of fabric in each one! Fully lined and zips up the back.
