The ultimate in Halloween dresses… this is so stunning! The bodice is inky black velvet, with a wide open neckline and full length sleeves. The velvet belt could be worn either with or without the beaded buckle at the centre. The orange tartan skirt is fully line and has metallic gold accents running through it! Absolutely spooktacular!
