This 1960s dress is so stunning! The top half is velvet devoré with a classic 60s style floral pattern, wide scoop neckline and loose, sheer, billowy bishop style sleeves that gather in at the cuffs. There is a solid velvet band around the empire line waist with a pretty bow at the front. The column skirt is fully lined and comes to roughly ankle length. Fastens with a zip in the centre back.
