Fab Y2K bustier style halter neck party top from classic label Frank Usher. Dark khaki green with a little beaded rosette at the waist and asymmetric green tartan pleated cross the front, giving it a bit of a Vivienne Westwood vibe! Fully lined and zips up the back with a little fabric covered button to fasten the neck straps. Pair it with a silky slip skirt!
