Beautiful bright royal blue maxi dress from the 70s. It has gathering around the neckline and wide floaty elbow length sleeves, finished with a lettuce style hem. Double layered skirt with the top layer being light and floaty, just like the sleeves! Zips up the back. Would be so lovely worn to a spring wedding!
